The precisely constructed threaded Dutux Brass Ultrasonic Inserts (DBI-031) are made especially for ultrasonic insertion into thermoplastic materials. By creating heat through friction, ultrasonic vibration is used to install these inserts, causing the insert to melt into the plastic and form a solid, long-lasting connection.
These inserts offer outstanding corrosion resistance, great strength, and a long service life since they are made of premium free cutting brass. Strong anchoring within plastic components is ensured by the specifically created outer surface, which also resists pull-out and rotation.
Dutux Brass Ultrasonic Inserts find extensive use in consumer appliances, automobile parts, electronics housings, plastic molded components, and industrial assembly. Drawings or samples from customers can be used to create bespoke sizes and specifications.
