Dutux Brass Ultrasonic Inserts (DBI-031) are precision-engineered threaded inserts specifically designed for ultrasonic insertion into thermoplastic materials. These inserts are installed using ultrasonic vibration, which generates heat through friction, allowing the insert to melt into the plastic and create a strong, permanent bond.
Manufactured from high-quality free cutting brass, these inserts provide excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and long service life. The specially designed outer surface ensures strong anchoring inside plastic components while preventing rotation and pull-out.
