Dutux Brass Studded Ultra Inserts (DBI-029) are high-performance threaded inserts designed for press-fit installation into plastic and soft materials while providing an integrated external stud for mounting components. These inserts combine the advantages of a threaded insert and a stud fastener, making them ideal for applications requiring strong anchoring and secure component attachment.
Manufactured from premium free cutting brass, these inserts offer excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and long service life. The specially designed outer surface ensures firm grip and resistance to rotation or pull-out when installed using heat staking or cold press methods.
