Precision-engineered threaded inserts for safe press-fit installation into plastic and other soft materials are called Dutux Brass Studded Press-in Inserts (DBI-028). With the incorporated stud extension in these inserts, components may be mounted directly without the need for extra fasteners.
To provide a solid and long-lasting grip inside the base material, the inserts can be fitted using either heat staking or cold press techniques. These inserts, which are made from premium free cutting brass, offer outstanding durability, corrosion resistance, and dependable performance in demanding industrial applications.
