In order to provide safe and vibration-resistant fastening in soft materials including plastic, wood, fiberboard, and composite materials, Dutux Brass Self Locking Expansion Inserts (DBI-021) are specially engineered threaded inserts. In order to establish a robust mechanical lock inside the base material, these inserts include a self-locking expansion design with vanes that expand during installation.
These inserts provide outstanding corrosion resistance, durability, and dependable performance in demanding applications because they are made from premium free cutting brass. By ensuring a tight fit, the expansion mechanism maximizes pull-out resistance and prevents rotation.
